Director

Feng is the life-blood of the ADX Group, an accountant with more than 20 years of experience working with a wide variety of business clients. With previous experience as a financial adviser Feng has a varied and in-depth knowledge and experience in providing clients with a holistic approach to their financial and business matters. 

Feng approaches every client with the philosophy of truly understanding every aspect of her clients’ business lives.

Feng understands that success means different things to different people, and how exceptional accounting and planning advice can change people’s lives.

Outstanding customer service, accountability and going the extra ten miles are the cornerstones of Feng’s business philosophy and this is instilled in every ADX consultant. 

Nigel D’Souza

Director

Nigel is a Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of experience in professional services, commencing his career in mid-sized accounting firms and more recently continuing his practice at a Big-4 accounting firm in Sydney. He has completed the Master of Taxation at the University of New South Wales. During his career, Nigel has advised clients in the areas of High-net worth individual tax, small business tax, corporate international tax and due diligence. He has a keen interest in assisting clients with tax structuring and advisory matters. Nigel’s standard quote “Understand the client’s requirements by stepping into their shoes, and deliver practical tax solutions without the jargon”

Jimmy Zhao

Director 

Jimmy has more than 10 years professional accounting and tax experience. He started his career in a boutique CA firm in the Sydney CBD, assisting small to medium sized business clients across various industries. Jimmy moved to a mid-tier accounting firm focusing on mid to large corporate clients and joined the ADX team in September 2020. He specialises in helping individuals and families owning their own businesses. 

Jimmy is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor, Registered Tax Agent and JP of NSW. He is involved in all areas of accounting, including compliance, tax, self-managed super funds, audits, outsourced CFO and advisory work. Jimmy understands that accounting is never just about compliance but about assisting our clients to set goals, working with them to achieve them and solve problems along the way. He believes in always making ourselves accountable to do what we say we will and being part of the journey together with our client. 

William Liu

Client Services & SMSF Manager

William joined ADX in 2012 and has over 25 years’ experience within the accounting industry. He is a member of CPA Australia and is a registered SMSF auditor. William works closely with a wide-ranging group of clients to provide high level assistance and advice in the areas of accounting, taxation consulting & superannuation advice. William specialises in SMSF compliance, administration, strategy and advice.

Adrian Capuzza

Accountant

Adrian has been an Accountant at ADX for over 3 years. Completing his BA in Accounting & Small Business in 2014 at the University of Technology Sydney, Adrian has over 7 years’ experience in the accounting profession. During his career Adrian has worked with a wide range of clients in taxation compliance from individuals and families to a variety of small business groups. Adrian has a passion for small business management and finance which drives his career development in the industry.

Khanh Le

Intermediate Accountant

Khanh is an Intermediate Accountant who has over 5 years of experience in the profession. Khanh has worked with a mid-tier firm in the Sydney CBD and joined ADX in July 2019. She has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce and is currently undertaking the Chartered Accountant program. Khanh is experienced in preparing year end financial statements for small sized businesses and family group clients. Khanh also supports clients with bookkeeping and payroll services and has 3 years of experience in preparing the financial accounts for self-managed superannuation funds and SMSF audits.

Lisa Robertson

Executive Administrator

Lisa has over 14 years’ administrative experience in the accounting industry having joined ADX in 2006, with a Diploma in Business and Certificate IV in Business Administration.

Lisa works closely with our accounting and management teams providing high level administrative support. Her extensive experience and attention to detail provides valuable support across the practice and to our clients, ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Lisa also works with our network of advisers under the guidance of the Director and Management team to assist with ASIC and new entity formations.

Kim McClelland

Executive Administrator

Kim is an Executive Administrator with ADX, providing all round administration support to our clients, the Management and other ADX team members. Kim has been part of the ADX since 2007 and during that time has been a supportive and reliable point of contact for all our clients.

As well as providing high level support to the Director and ADX Management team Kim works closely with our network of specialist advisers to facilitate a seamless client experience.
